Account deletion
StillYours is a private nest for two partners. You can delete your account from Profile → Delete account inside the app, or use this page if you no longer have the app installed.
Knowing an email address alone is not enough to delete someone else’s account. This page sends a one-time code to the mailbox you control. After you verify that code, you must type DELETE to confirm.
What deletion does
- Revokes your sign-in access (sessions signed out; account banned from login)
- Tombstones your profile (for example display name becomes “Former partner”, avatar cleared)
- Removes you from the active couple membership and turns off your sharing preferences
- Cancels pending partner invitations tied to your account
- Clears personal push tokens / notification inbox items for your user where applicable
- Deletes avatar files in your personal user-media folder when possible
What deletion does not do
- It does not wipe a remaining partner’s legitimate shared nest data (chat, vault, care nest state, balances that belong to the couple) just because you left
- It does not guarantee instant physical erasure of every backup or log copy worldwide; infrastructure backups may persist for a limited period
- Store purchase records may be retained as needed for fraud prevention, accounting, and platform obligations
Request deletion
We sent a one-time code if that email has an StillYours account. Enter the code and type DELETE to confirm.
